 Erb's palsy or Erb Duchene palsy is a  type of obstetric brachial plexus injury. during labor if the -wife is not experienced or precaution is not taken, there is chance of erb's palsy.  let's look at the mechanism of this injury and also to avoid such a practice. shoulder dystocia ( baby's head stuck at the mother pubis bone) and there is excessive stretch applied to the baby's head which stretch the nerve and compressing the brachial plexus ,
